Natta is the AI contact centre. It texts, calls, qualifies, books and warm-transfers your leads, all on one AI-native platform that your team logs into. Instead of stitching together a dialler, a messaging tool, a booking system and a CRM, you run the whole conversation, from first contact to a booked appointment or a live warm transfer, in one place.

Our Approach

Natta was built AI-native from the ground up. It is not a legacy dialler with AI bolted on the side. Because the platform was designed around AI conversations and a shared data model from day one, the messaging, voice, booking and CRM all speak the same language, rather than being integrations stitched onto older software.

It is also modular. Natta is a complete cloud telephony system your team logs into first; the AI is something you switch on where it helps. Plenty of teams run it almost entirely human — agents, predictive dial, the AI Dial Scheduler and AI Call Audits — while others hand whole conversations to AI voice agents. You decide how much AI to use, and you can change your mind any time.
